Our fourth visit to the UK’s biggest LEGO fan event and what a show it was! It was our biggest ever display which at nearly 90 square feet took the best part of 8 hours to set up! It features three new rides to the main display, a new version of the Miami ride was displayed on the GayFols display.
Overall there were 20 rides operating over the weekend, though the Megaspin’s main motor failed on day one, the ride was replaced with the Chairoplanes for day two. Everything performed really well, with some of the motors running for nearly 9 hours without a break! For those that like a few facts, there were approx 1000 minifigs and the setup covered 116 Lego 32×32 baseplates! Take down time was just 90 minutes
The fair will be taking a break from Bricktastic for a few years as we’re busy with building something new!
