Probably one of the oldest and most recognisably fairground rides in the world! Our Ferris Wheel is the original LEGO set 10247. It’s had a motor added which turns a worm gear which makes the wheel turn at a very sedate pace. The outer set of tiles on the rim of the wheel have been replaced with plates so that translucent studs could be added. It’s also the only ride to have off the shelf lights fitted. These coming from Lightailing.
As the ride is so tall and difficult to pack for travelling, it gets transported as one piece.
