After 12 shows up and down the country, from village churches to event arenas, 2024 has been an exhilarating ride
The fairground has covered many miles on this years tours and been seen by thousands of people and I do mean thousands!. So lets take a look back over some of the shows from 2024.
Early 2024
On a cold January Sunday we opened at our first show of the year in Mytholmroyd’s Community and Leisure centre, this year we were in the smaller hall and this worked to our advantage as we had a nice corner spot and not much in natural light. This made the fair stand out with it’s bright lights.
From there we moved to Manchester Central for Bricktastic 2024. This was the fairgrounds third consecutive visit which is all down to it’s constant development and addition of new attractions. It’s also highly popular!
This was the fair’s biggest ever layout to date, covering an area of nearly 75 square feet! You really only get to see this type pf setup at the larger shows due to the length of time to set the whole thing up, The Bricktastic display took the best part of four hours.
A few new attractions made their debut including Formula Fun, a mini car ride for the younger minifigs! It wasn’t without out faults and the motor burnt out twice, it would need some serious TLC after the event! Also on debut was Mario Swing, a miami style ride for the thrill seekers!
